Tailored Coach Development Programme
Great Britain Hockey are able to offer partners (clubs/schools/counties/regions) the opportunity to access a tailored coach development programme which aims to do the following:
- Help partners develop and retain the workforce they already have, but also support them to build and recruit a new delivery workforce by providing bespoke CPD on their doorstep.
- Support all delivers involved in hockey, from coaches responsible for leading regular sessions to people wishing to help out or facilitate opportunities to play the game.
- Takes the training and support of coaches to them within their club/school/region, so no more needing to look for dates or venues that they can travel to in order to access support, it is all done on dates and times that suit the partner and the coach
- Access a combination of workshops and observations linked to their individual needs (whether this is to grow, retain their players or help their players get even better) all guided by a dedicated GB Coach Developer.

We are also able to offer closed and bespoke workshops for partners at a cost of £200 for up to 10 people and £400 for up to 20 people. The workshops are three hours in length and the topic / content can be tailored to meet the needs of your coaches and players, and run on a date and time that suits you.
